As a main council member of San Francisco State University's chapter of the Audio Engineering Society, it is my duty to facilitate and plan meetings. I contact industry professionals from places like Womens Audio Mission to speak at our meetings and give advice to future audio engineers.

A representative from Women’s Audio Mission joined one of our meetings to discuss internship opportunities. We covered a range of important topics, including sexism in the audio industry, strategies for standing out, building a strong portfolio, and gaining professional experience.
